We are specialised in remaking and restoring of C&B sofa, armchair and pouffe AMANTA model designed by Mario Bellini in 1966.
Our aim is to maintain look and aesthetic of the originals and, if necessary, improve its inner quality.
Subject to a previous evaluation, the restoration process can be carried out in the following way:
A) replacement or restoration of the covering with a material chosen from a vast collection of skins and fabrics, both modern and classical. We do prefer using naturally coloured aniline skins without chrome.
If using washable fabrics for the new cover, we carry out another washing in order to avoid later possible shrinkages.
B) replacement of cushions using an inner core in Lympha 40 covered with Dacron DuPont or a Lympha 40 feather supplement. Rigidity of the cushions can be modified according to your needs.
C) repair of the loom by inserting a new suspension system using Elastbelt 780/4 belts and by replacing damaged padding using an expanded high density polyurethane type SR75.
